Quality Control

Innovaw strictly follows the world-class IATF 16949 quality management system requirements, and has a professional quality management team to implement the whole process of quality control.
The quality management team uses APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC (including control plan and statistical analysis) and other core tools to realize production process control.
Innovaw regularly conducts process audits through VDA6.3 and product audits through VDA6.5. We use 8D analysis and report to deal with customer complaints and solve problems from the root.
We have complete quality inspection equipment in the industry to ensure that all products are inspected in the whole process from the first part to the final inspection, including spectrometer, 3D scanning, X-ray, Zeiss CMM, etc.
All testing equipment is calibrated regularly and records are traceable.
