In the first stage, mold is heating and coating with a die release agent. Then it leaves until cooling and part has been detached from the mold.
Secondly, the molten metal is poured into the mold cavity from the lower part of the die that helps to decrease the turbulence formation and following porosity and additions in the finished part.
